Chef Noeth has been in the hospitality industry for 30 years in a wide variety of functions and has cooked at the Waldorf Astoria and Plaza Hotel, and was also part of the “Dream Team” at the Four Seasons Hotel in New York City and has worked in numerous five-star, four-star, and three-star restaurants in Manhattan. He is also a skilled charcutier and forager with roots in the Catskills and is pleased to bring his well-rounded hospitality background to NY Epicurean Events.
